Why you? What pulls you toward this one?

Stage 2 of 4 · The Demand Read

Now the honest part: does anyone actually want this?

Have you heard someone ask for this, or complain about not having it? What did they say? What do people use or do right now instead? What can you do — or what do you see — that those alternatives can’t or don’t?Your edge. Even a rough answer helps. Blank is okay too — that’s useful to know. What does this problem cost them — time, money, or stress? Honest gut: would your one person pay to solve it?

Stage 3 of 4 · The First Offer

Let’s make it real — and small.

What do you already have to work with — and what would you still need? If you had to sell ONE version in the next 30 days, what’s the smallest thing you could offer? What’s in it — and what would you leave out for now? What might you charge? A range is fine.
